Who's declaring the war on the border? Who's the militarized army standing guard as they are being funded by a hyper-militarized nation? 

Thousands of undocumented migrants have been arrested, beaten, life torn limb by seam and somewhere out in the desert  night the corpse continues to decompose. It's not their job to border-cross. (It's a way of life for some). I don't know how many Border Patrol bodies are currently lifelessly frying under the blazing American Southwest sun. Someone should check though. Check under their giant armed jeeps, in the air-conditioned ICE centers, and wherever they take their break from their job.

How many weapons do these immigrants bring weapons of mass destruction secretly through a tear in the border fence? How much ammunition? (To be fair, for all we know Osama or Che or somebody might sneak through the US-Mexican border one cold night, so you can never be too sure who's coming through. Right?). If this is a war, then surely the amount of ammunition the U.S. has is out of response to the severity of the situation. Right? I mean, there are so many god-damn Mexicans. They're dangerous!! Right?

America says: right! And so... AMERICA HAS SPOKEN

Who's declaring the war on the border? The right answer: those illegals.
